Object Funeral is developed and published by Temptra Entertainment.

Object Funeral is designed primarily as a local-first application.

2. Camera, photos and memorial information
Object Funeral may request permission to access your device's camera or photos so that you can photograph or select objects and create digital memorials.
Photos used within Object Funeral are processed and stored locally on your device as part of the application's core functionality.
Temptra Entertainment does not intentionally upload your Object Funeral photographs to its own servers.
Information you create within the app, including object names, photographs, obituaries, epitaphs, categories, causes of death, and other memorial information, is designed to remain stored locally on your device.
Temptra Entertainment does not operate a cloud account or online cemetery containing this information in the current version of the application.
3. Sharing content
Object Funeral allows you to choose to share generated memorials or other content using your device's native sharing functionality.
Object Funeral does not automatically publish this content.
When you choose to share content with another application or service, such as a messaging or social media platform, the handling of that information is subject to the privacy practices and terms of that third-party service.
4. Location, advertising and future services
The current version of Object Funeral does not intentionally collect or use your precise physical location.
The current version of Object Funeral does not intentionally use personal information for targeted advertising.
If analytics, advertising services, online accounts, cloud functionality, or other services that involve additional data processing are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
5. Storage and deletion
Object Funeral records are primarily stored locally on your device.
Where deletion functionality is available within the application, you can use it to remove individual records.
Uninstalling Object Funeral may also remove locally stored application data, subject to your device's operating system, backup settings, and storage behaviour.
Because Temptra Entertainment does not currently maintain user accounts or a central database of Object Funeral memorials, Temptra Entertainment generally does not possess a remote copy of locally stored memorial data to delete on your behalf.
6. Information transmission and sale
Temptra Entertainment does not intentionally sell users' personal information.
The current version of Object Funeral does not intentionally transmit users' locally created memorial photographs or records to Temptra Entertainment for storage.
Information may leave your device when you explicitly choose to share content with another application or service.
Object Funeral is designed to minimise unnecessary collection and transmission of user information by keeping its core functionality on the user's device.
7. Security
No method of electronic storage or software operation can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Temptra Entertainment will take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the application and the information it handles.
8. Age suitability
Object Funeral is intended for users aged 13 and over.
The application is not specifically designed for children under 13, and Temptra Entertainment does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Third-party functionality
Some functions, such as sharing content, may rely on functionality provided by your operating system or other applications installed on your device.
Those third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
